CNC machining

Three-, four- and five-axis milling and turning, from first article through production volume.

Programming runs from customer CAD with in-process probing on the five-axis cells, so setup is verified before the first cut rather than measured after it.

Press & brake forming

Blanking, piercing and forming for sheet and light plate, with tooling built and maintained in house.

Every press is guarded to the Industrial Establishments regulation and two-hand controls are verified at shift start; the safety case is part of the process sheet, not an afterthought.

Welding & assembly

MIG, TIG and spot welding, fixtured sub-assembly and mechanical fastening to print.

Weld fixtures are held with the job so a repeat order in eighteen months runs from the same datums, not a rebuild.

Powder coating & finishing

Pre-treatment, powder application and cure, plus deburring, tumbling and passivation.

Cure charts are retained with the lot record, so a coating question two years later is answered from data rather than memory.
